[size=9pt]Vectra作为第二代聚合物,是目前最引人注目的液晶聚合物之一。该材料由棒状分子所组成,即使在熔融状态下它的分子链仍保持着棒状,并且在很小的剪切应力下就能使分子向同一方向整齐排列。这种液体在冷却后分子的取向仍然保持不变。[size=9pt]·[size=9pt]成型时分子链顺着流动方向整齐排列,即使是非强化等级的材料也会产生自我增强效果。材料具有很高的强度及弹性模量。[size=9pt]·[size=9pt]该材料不仅具有很高的弹性模量,而且它还具有良好吸振特性。[size=9pt]·[size=9pt]与普通塑料相比该材料在流动方向上的线膨胀系数极小,可与金属相媲美。[size=9pt]·[size=9pt]制品的厚度越薄,则表面层式排列所占的比例也越大。所以薄壁制品的强度和弹性模量是比较高的。[size=9pt]·[size=9pt]由于材料具有致密的结晶构造,尽管材料的熔点较低,但其热变形温度为180~260[size=9pt]℃[size=9pt];连续使用温度200~240[size=9pt]℃[size=9pt];焊锡的耐热性260[size=9pt]℃[size=9pt]-10[size=9pt]秒、310[size=9pt]℃[size=9pt]-10[size=9pt]秒。[size=9pt]
